Multiple calls and follow up and no one can figure where the other box is and if or when the other half of the tree will come. I requested a new tree to be shipped and a return label for the 1/2 tree that I got. I was told that had been done but never received either. I called again and they said my request for another tree had been denied since I still had a pending full tree shipment.
The tree is pre-lit with 600 clear dura-lit lights (regular mini-lights) controlled by an on/off foot switch. The lights are made with microchips in each socket, so bulbs will still illuminate even if some are broken or missing. One of our other favorite features that stood out from the other 12 trees we tested was how the branches unfurled. They moved in many directions, and it was very easy to fluff them up to their “real-life” look. Many of the other options needed elbow grease to pull the branches apart to their desired shape. Considering that this is an all-PVC tree, it ranks high on the realism scale, especially when it’s decorated and its 700 LED lights are lit.
It’s sparkly, stunning, and suitable for anyone who’s game for glitzy décor. Moreover, Treetopia’s gold Christmas come in full, slim, and pencil shapes to suit your needs. I don’t even know how to begin fixing this issue. 70% of the lights don’t work after three months of use.

I have Halloween trees and Xmas trees from Treetopia. I ordered the black tuxedo 9ft tree on Black Friday. I received my “tree” 5 days later!!! Apparently the tree comes in 2 boxes.
