In a video posted last night on YouTube, a new user named “i care a lot vape” gave us one of the first in a wave of videos on the topic entitled, ‘A Guide to Vaping for Beginners.’ In this video we get a very in-depth look at vaping and what it can do for you. There are a lot of facts to back up the video and there is good advice for new users to keep in mind.
First of all, as the video says, if you haven’t already, you should probably stop smoking cigarettes. Not because they’re unhealthy but because the more nicotine you’re trying to get your system into the state of not being able to stop, the more you’re going to smoke. Nicotine is a vasodilator, which means that it dilates blood vessels, which in turn reduces your blood pressure and heart rate.
Like most nicotine addicts, I used to think that nicotine wasn’t as bad as I thought it was when I first started. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I tried to quit. I still think nicotine is a pretty bad habit but I think I know a lot better now.

A study published in the American Journal of Public Health found that the use of nicotine-containing products was significantly associated with increased use of e-cigarettes. A study in Canada found that adults who used nicotine-containing products were almost twice as likely to be smokers than those who used nicotine-free products.
Nicotine and its derivatives are among the most addictive substances we have to our credit. They also affect the way our brains work. They alter our hormonal and neurotransmitter levels and cause a number of other adverse health effects.
It’s pretty well known that nicotine reduces both physical and mental performance. Many of us have seen that effect in our own lives. Vaping is still relatively new, but it’s already being used by some of the most successful athletes in the world.
The problem is that many of us have a problem with nicotine, and that’s not because we think it’s bad or have tried it. We think the problem is that we need to quit smoking or that we’re “not doing it right.” We know that nicotine is a chemical that we’re not supposed to use, and people who have used nicotine say the same thing.
The problem here is that the people who are using nicotine are using it as the cause of their failure. Nicotine addiction is a genetic trait and is in fact hardwired into the human body. We all have the same genetic predisposition to nicotine addiction, but the way we are born makes smoking the most addictive thing there is. We need to quit smoking to quit the addiction, but nicotine addiction does not need to be controlled by nicotine.
