The coral islands of the Floridness start about 15 miles south of Miami and extend southwest into the Gulf of Mexico, forming the border of the Florida Bay. Comprising over 800 keys, this American slice of the Caribbean offers vast opportunities to anyone looking to have some fun.

One of the smallest of the tunas, the black fin rarely reaches a weight of more than 30 lbs. The Florida record, caught in the Keys, is 45.5 pounds.

With electric hues of blue, yellow and green, dolphin fish are like free-swimming neon signs. (90.7 kg), Swordfish are among the ocean's fastest and most powerful fish.

The Florida record, snagged in the Keys, is 612.75 lbs. Generally in the 30- to 50-lb range, cobra can grow to more than 100 lbs and put up a great fight.
