I think this is the big problem with people who are afraid to talk to someone about their issues and/or fears. Many of us are afraid to admit that we have problems or fears because we may get blamed. I think it’s important to try to tell people in a non-confrontational way if you want to hear about your fears or problems, but I think it’s also important to consider that most people will not be able to hear you without going on too long.

Sure, fear or not, the point of this book is to talk about how to overcome them and be okay when they arise.
